Today I Tweeted Ellen and Oprah! :)
It is worth a try, right?
These two are so giving and have compassion for everyday-people.
In my Tweet I asked these ladies to checkout my BlogSpot :)
If I get a response; kinda doubt it :( but I'll post it here.
Have a great day you all...I'm going to make it a good one!

Yesterday I visited the Little Creek Casino in Shelton, WA. I met a lady named Sheila, she is the Retail Supervisor of the gift shop. Sheila was so supportive and purchased the most books yet. Thanks! Little Creek Casino for making that book purchase.
Portion of the book - Chapter - Somebody Will Die

A lightning bolt broke overhead, and the water became even rougher.
Nicolai was making this happen, for he thought, Joseph is a human, and he can’t last long in this weather. Nicolai swam right for Joseph in a very large wave. His intention was to force Joseph to land. Joseph could see him coming in the wave, but he was exhausted. Nicolai would have to get Joseph up to land, change himself back into the frilled lizard, and then spit into Joseph’s mouth some of his Tamanawis power to fulfill the evil prophecy.
Joseph couldn’t move anymore and became very discouraged. So he prayed with much doubt, “God, have you forsaken me?”
Joseph TaHayYasib Miller thought, I am going to die by letting this water immerse within my lungs rather than let Nicolai Vain strengthen his Tamanawis powers!
He stopped swimming. He started to sink to the bottom of the Pacific Ocean.

Sleepless in Neah Bay :)
Last night I couldn't sleep. It was as if I was being bothered by something; I hate nights like that!
When I have nights; like last night. I was told to pray for my family, so I did.
Then I sat up in bed and started to read. I've been reading a book that I purchased off the internet, The Dovekeepers. It's a good read but really hard for me to keep reading. I get busy and don't pick it up again for a long time. It has some similarities to my story but the author’s characters are from the Middle East. I'm finding that the Middle East people have some same beliefs as Native American people.
The other books that I really enjoyed reading was THE MARK series.
Soul Harvest,
The Indwelling,
Apollyon,
Assassins,
Nicolae,
Tribulation Force
And Left Behind.
Like the book, The Help.

Book Reading?
I have contacted the, Elwha Heritage Center, yesterday. And Lisa told me that the September 28, 2012 reading has not yet been set. So at this time; I don't have a date for you to come and join in this, book reading party. As soon as I do get a confirmed date, I'll post it here.
I'm going to read from the Preface, Introduction, Celebrations, Chaos Was Everywhere and They Stood in Awe.
Reading from these chapters of, Joseph and the Tamanawis Spirit, will introduce myself to the audience. Also bring to their attention the family life of Fawn and her family. Reading from the chapter, Chaos Was Everywhere, will bring out the Pook Men. I plan on bringing a Pook Man mask for the audience to see and enjoy. They Stood in Awe will leave everyone feeling good about the book.
Wish me good luck! I'm looking forward to this book reading party. It's going to be the first time that I'm going to reading in front of a big crowd :)

LOVE IS ....
You Know Someone/Something Loves You; WHEN
She was thinking, Come on where are they? My heart is faint and it’s getting harder to breathe. Soon fatal heart, soon. Good I can hear the truck coming, finally here they come. If I could, I would run to the road to greet them. I’ll sit here and maybe they will help me into the house, knowing I don’t feel well.
We get out of the truck and greet the poor little thing standing at the foot of the steps. We notice that she is panting and doesn’t look well at all. So we call her inside to sleep indoors; an everyday event.
She was thinking, Okay, One step at a time. One, Two, Three, Four - I did it! She thought as she walked ever so slowly toward the laundry room door. My people love me, as do I love them! Good night for the last time. My heart is going to stop now, I will miss taking care of you and our land.
Today my heart is heavy once again, I won’t see my precious little Angel run to greet us ever again. Rest and you have done a great job taking care of us and the land. She waited for Joey and I to get home before she passed away :/
Love is....Everywhere just take a look around!~Dawn~

I'm working on feeling better :/
It has been like the tide of a river in my life lately; the Tsoo-Yess river comes in and goes out. And that is what it’s been like for me lately. The sales have come to a halt and my health has made me staying at home more then I like. In February the Dr. at the Sophie Trettivick’s Clinic told me I have R.A. (Rheumatoid Arthritis). The sad thing about this …is that I can’t do what I like to do; WORK HARD.
My next book reading will be September 28, 2012 at 5:00 pm-ish in Port Angeles, WA. Other authors will be attending this reading at the Elwha Heritage Center. I’m trying to look forward to it; I just hope I don’t have an episode – R.A.
Be Blessed <3 <3 <3

B2B Tacoma Conventional Center
Friday, September 7, 2012 I attended a great meeting held at Tacoma, WA. It was a great opportunity to hand out some business cards. At this event I handed out Neah Bay Chamber of Commerce brochures, Big Salmon Fishing Resort brochures, and sold 25 books. It was so fun meeting other native people with native owned businesses. My next reading will be at Elwha Heritage Center September 28th, 2012 at 5:00 pm ish. Mark your calendar, these book reading/signing parties are so much fun! And it's a great way to meet new people. I was told that Native People support Native People...so come on prove them right. Come to the Elwha Heritage Center and have a great time, you might enjoy yourself!
